(1) If a court, judicial, quasi-judicial body or official orders any office to submit or send any document, document or statement for the purpose of evidence in a case, or if an explanation or answer is sought, such office shall immediately comply with such order.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if any office does not send the letter, document or answer requested by the court within the period specified by the prevailing law or by the court, the court may fine the head or employee of the concerned office from one thousand to ten thousand rupees.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (2), after the fine has been ordered, if the head or employee of the concerned office submits a petition stating the reason for not complying with the court's order, and if the reason is found to be satisfactory, the court may cancel the fine order or waive the fine. .
